Royal High School Global Business and Finance students enjoyed a visit to Patagonia Global HQ in Ventura, thanks to the support of our Deputy Sector Navigator, Julie Samsom. Students learned that Patagonia is the founder of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition and invests $20 million a year in start-up initiatives in the environmental sustainability space.

Persons trained in fields such as business management, international trade, and various financial services specialties will find that their skills are highly marketable.  Students master the basic business principles and procedures before proceeding to the career path specializations.  The specialization emphasize concepts of:

  • Accounting and finance, including computer applications, taxes, investments
  • Asset management
  • International business and business management.
